• Carrying out admission control
• Informing speakers and attendees about conferences they registered for

ICRM has engaged other parties to process personal data exclusively for HagaZiekenhuis . HagaZiekenhuis entered into a processing agreement with these partners.

Participants of HagaZiekenhuis may be filmed or photographed. These films, photographs and still images will be used for reporting purposes of the conference, and will be published on the HagaZiekenhuis website, social media channels and newsletters. HagaZiekenhuis will not share scientific content without prior consent of the involved researcher(s).
